How To Get Rid Of Negative Thoughts.


We often think, “How To Stop Worrying and Start Living.”


A mind is a confluence of thoughts, some positive, some negative, some mindful, some mindless. We have so much to think upon, that we often forget the energy our thinking produces on us and the environment we function in. Negative thoughts are a trap in which the mind if encompassed, faces a lot of difficulties in releasing itself from its vicious grip. But for a healthy living it is very important that we get rid of them as soon as possible…. a healthy mind is a healthy life.


Once you start replacing negative thoughts with positive ones, you will start getting positive results also.Well here are a few points if one could ponder over, then negativity can soon be released from the system. A change must be brought within…. as the famous saying goes


                                                               “Nothing changes if nothing changes”.



Body language needs to be right.

  • We cage ourselves in our negative thoughts which reflect in our body movements and lowers our self confidence.  Slouching, folded hands, crossed arms, sluggishness is a result of the negative thoughts running all over our mind. Train your mind to see the good in everything. Maintain eye contact, practice power -poses with head held high and chest thrown back, smile…its free, its contagious, and life will be good.

  • Penning down your thoughts.

  • Life is a reflection of what you think. If your thoughts are negative, the world you see, will be the same. Aggression can be melted by penning it down. Writing your thoughts buys time to detangle and declutter your emotions boiling up in your brain. It can save you many quarrels, and unnecessary confrontations. As when days pass by, and you look at that piece of paper and the negativity spilled on it, you will just smile and toss it over the bin.  Saves you a great deal in dealing with stressed face muscles and spoiling a beautiful face.  

  • Talking your head and heart Out.

  •  We have more conversations in our head than in real life. Sometimes you just need to disconnect and enjoy your own company. You need to rethink your thoughts. In depth analysis of our thoughts would help us a great deal. And  even if that doesn’t help, then best is to talk your heart out. Deep conversations with the right people are priceless. Sharing your inhibitions and opinions with a friend or colleague makes you light from inside. The burden of carrying them within you is released and a heavy heart can breath with ease.

  • Walk it Out.

  •  A fit body is a fit mind. Take a stroll, jog out, go for a long walk. Just loosen yourself in the laps of Mother Nature. Just wander yourself on the lush green grass amongst numerous beautiful tall trees. The negative thoughts sulk in the hands of mother nature thus relieving our mind of the stress and the harm caused by it.
  • Display your Creative Side.

  • A Creative mind is the best answer to the problems caused by a web of negative thoughts. Clean out a corner of your mind and creativity will instantly fill it. A person tends to pour his heart in his creativity and thus resulting in outflow of his negative emotions.  He is then a possessed by the positive aura present within and around. Creativity motivates achievement rather than competition in a person.


We have one life, it should be lived and enjoyed to the fullest. We should always work to make our environment and our own self more loving, more positive and more approachable.


Negative thoughts should be kept at bay, and live life in the best way.
